Jill teaches classical hatha, holding the poses long enough to observe the body, the thoughts and most importantly our connection to our breath. She teaches her students in a relaxed atmosphere with gentle encouragement, kindness and humor. Jill’s overall intention is to help her students to be the best they can be and most importantly, to always be grateful.
Constantly learning since 2010 with more than 1200 hours of yoga and meditation training.
